How we work
Step 1
Scoping call — free, 30 minutes
We start with a no-obligation call to understand your environment, constraints, and what you're trying to achieve. You describe the problem; we ask the questions that matter. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether Wolke is the right fit — and if not, we'll point you towards someone who is.
Step 2
Written proposal with fixed scope
Within a few days we send a written proposal: the outcomes we'll deliver, the timeline, and a fixed price. No hourly billing surprises and no open-ended T&M. If the scope needs to change mid-engagement, we agree a written change order first.
Step 3
Delivery in weekly increments
We work in weekly slices with a short written status update every Friday: what shipped, what's next, any blockers. You always know where the project is. For Jamf deployments this typically means environment built in week 1, policies + smart groups in week 2, pilot group in week 3, full rollout in week 4.
Step 4
Handover and documentation
Every engagement ends with plain-English documentation: runbooks for your team, a decision log explaining why things are set up the way they are, and a 30-day period of post-delivery support for questions. We want your in-house team to run what we built, not be dependent on us.
